24 hr call out service and unique video call fault diagnosis
With over 16 years experience within the electrical industry its safe to say we know a thing or two when it comes to diagnosing electrical faults .We offer a video call fault diagnosis as there is nothing worse than having an electrical fault late in the evening and not knowing how to sort it , ultimately having to pay a hefty call out fee to find out it was something simple .We charge an initial £30 we will then video call you and talk you through how to get your power back on if we can not resolve the issue during this call then we will attend and deduct the £30 off of the call out fee
